Frank Piccininni, born in Brooklyn, New York, litigates in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Frank attended Columbia College before obtaining his J.D. from Columbia University Law School.

Frank worked for the Borough President of Richmond County and the Richmond County Legal Aid Society, Civil Division, before being appointed as an Assistant District Attorney of Richmond County by the Honorable William Murphy. After serving in the Criminal Court Division, he was promoted to the Appeals Bureau and then to the Supreme Trial Bureau, where he prosecuted violent felonies ranging from armed robbery to homicide. After leaving government service, he moved to private practice as an associate of a boutique civil defense firm that represented various airlines and department stores. Frank has been working in the insurance defense realm for fifteen years. After joining Abrams, Cohen & Associates, Frank has continued his work in No-Fault appeals and complex litigation. His current projects include RICO lawsuits in state and federal court and a series of declaratory judgment actions in state Supreme Court.
