Shelly represents insurers in litigation stemming from actions to recover No-Fault benefits. She has significant experience with complex issues involving No-Fault insurance and fraud cases, including the eligibility of fraudulently incorporated medical providers and fraudulent billing by medical providers for unnecessary treatment. She represents clients in trials, motion practice and other proceedings concerning insurers, insureds and their assignees.
