Barry has achieved successful results for his clients through affirmative actions brought against physicians and medical clinics, declaratory judgment actions, civil litigation and appeals. Barry represents insurance companies in relation to their defense of litigation seeking payment on fraudulent claims. Insurance carriers have consistently relied on Barry to conduct their most important examinations under oath and to defend their claim handling procedures and investigations.

“The goal from the beginning was to create a law firm that truly listened to its clients, sought to understand its clients’ missions and goals, and to work with those clients to obtain the best possible outcomes. We have always put our clients’ needs first and our clients know that they will always get our honest appraisal of the facts and law. These concepts have been the cornerstone and foundation of Abrams, Cohen & Associates’ culture from the beginning.”
